AFRICAN WOMEN EDUCATION (AWE): WOMEN IN 360° LEADERSHIP
AIM: "African Women Education (AWE): Women in 360° Leadership" is structured as one of
the subsidiary organ under God's Arm Global Foundation (GAGF) alongside its sister initiative,
African Girls Education (AGE): Girls in 360° Leadership.
Operating beneath the Foundation's core mandate, the specific vision, mission, and scope of this
particular branch include:
To serve as representative diplomats of God's Arm Global Foundation Nigeria and USA Chapter
to the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) at the United Nations in New York City and
other relevant global assemblies.
Vision and Ultimate Goal: to transition and advance African women into high-level corridors of
global leadership, preparing them to step into influential diplomatic, civic, and executive roles to
drive structural development across the continent.
Mission Statement and Mandate: to train, develop, and equip African women with 360°
leadership capacity through a continuous, systemic lifecycle framework. To fulfill this by
connecting participants directly with global tutors, international diplomats, and executive
mentors to systematically rebuild foundational leadership structures starting from the African
motherland.
Our 360° Leadership Pillars of Knowledge: The curriculum for the AWE/AGE 360°
Leadership initiatives explicitly focuses on building mastery across seven foundational pillars:
1. Politics, Good Governance and Leadership
2. Business, Finance and Economy
3. Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
4. Medicine and Health
5. Arts, Music and Entertainment
6. Child Rights Act and Advocacy
7. Instilling the Fear of God
Within the structural design of God's Arm Global Foundation (GAGF), African Women
Education (AWE): Women in 360° Leadership acts as a direct developmental engine to
accelerate and expand the African Girls Education (AGE): Girls in 360° Leadership initiative. By
utilizing a "systemic lifecycle structure," the Foundation intends for the matured, executive
women processed through AWE to systematically lift, protect, and train the adolescent girls
coming up through AGE.
AWE advances the AGE track through several strategic mechanisms:
i. Intergenerational Mentorship Relay Passing the Baton: AWE models its leadership on
a "marathon relay" where women are explicitly trained to raise successors.
ii. Tutor Pipeline: Matured women who graduate from the AWE track are transitioned
into domestic coaches and local coordinators for the young girls entering the AGE
cohorts.
Shared Tutors: They connect AGE participants to high-level global professionals such as Amb.
Dr. Anita (John Maxwell Executive Director) and Cristina Anculete whom the adult women will
network with directly and other global women leaders.
Parallel Curriculum Deployment (The 7 Pillars) because both sister initiatives share the exact
same 7 Pillars of Knowledge Framework, the women in AWE act as field specialists to
contextualize these complex topics for younger minds:
STEM and Medicine: Established female professionals in AWE provide industry-specific
advice, navigation tips, and guidance to young girls attempting to break into male-dominated
scientific tracks;
Business and Economy: Women share localized economic strategies to foster early financial
literacy and project planning in teenage girls;
Diplomatic Advocacy and Institutional Partnerships/UN System Engagement: Leveraging
the parent NGO's consultative focus with the United Nations, AWE will use its executive
platform to lobby for better educational resources for the AGE branch;
Institutional Alliances: High-level women in AWE build strategic partnerships with
government institutions, security agencies, and civic organizations to ensure safer physical and
digital spaces for the young girls;
Direct Deployment of Child Rights Protection Enforcing Safeguards: (Child Rights Act and
Advocacy) tasks the adult women of AWE with actively intervening in policies that target
adolescent girls.
Systemic Shields: Leaders in the AWE initiative focus on community advocacy against early
marriage, gender-based violence, and education dropouts, creating an environment where the
girls in AGE can actually finish their lifecycle training safely.
The African Women Education (AWE): Women in 360° Leadership initiative is a genuine,
verified non-governmental project operating under its parent body, God's Arm Global
Foundation. There are no corporate fraud alerts, scam warnings, or legal red flags associated
with the organization.
What Makes GAGF/AWE/AGE Legitimate Official Recognition: The parent body, God's
Arm Global Foundation, legally registered with the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the State of
Michigan USA with Authority of Good Standing, maintains a recorded profile within the United
Nations Civil Society Database. We command a Consultative Status with the UN Economic and
Social Council (ECOSOC) making GAGF a Consultant to the United Nations.
Transparent Leadership: The initiative is transparently tied to its founding leadership and
clear, explicitly stated objectives centered on its 7 Pillars of Knowledge. No
Financial Paywalls: Legitimate educational initiatives from NGOs typically focus on capacity
building and physical and virtual mentoring without demanding steep, hidden processing fees
from participants.
Operational Context to Keep in Mind Grassroots and Religious Framework: Unlike
corporate-sponsored foundations, this program heavily blends standard civic leadership training
with faith-based values ("Instilling the fear of God"). Its structure relies significantly on media
platforms like God’s Arm Global TV and The First Lady Show USA rather than formal
institutional academic campuses.
1. Presenting Grassroots African Data Submitting Reports: The AWE delegation compiles
on-the-ground progress reports regarding female education, leadership gaps, and child protection
across African communities.
Direct Testimony: They present these findings during CSW side events, linking local African
realities directly to global UN frameworks.
2. Championing the 7 Pillars on a Global Stage Policy Alignment: GAGF uses the AWE
initiative to show how its curriculum (spanning STEM, Good Governance, and Child Rights
Advocacy) actively pushes forward the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically
SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality).
UN Civil Society Database Advocating for the Girl-Child: AWE delegates leverage CSW
platforms to lobby for the expansion of international support networks for their sister initiative,
African Girls Education (AGE).
3. Diplomatic Networking and Strategic Alliances Securing Global Mentors: While at the
UN, AWE representatives engage directly with international diplomats, foreign government
agencies, and global NGOs
Recruiting Tutors: These interactions are used to recruit high-profile international speakers and
executive tutors to facilitate GAGF's virtual master classes.
