Primary Vision
To raise a new generation of educated, empowered, ethical and globally minded African women leaders
who possess the knowledge, character, courage and capacity to transform their communities, nations
and the world.
AGE Institutional Vision:
To build Africa's intergenerational pipeline of female leadership by equipping girls with 360° knowledge,
character, practical leadership experience and global exposure, enabling them to progress from learners
and emerging leaders into influential civic, professional, entrepreneurial, scientific, diplomatic and
humanitarian leaders.
To identify, educate, mentor, protect and empower African girls through a continuous 360° leadership-
development system that integrates education, character formation, governance, entrepreneurship,
STEM, health, creativity, rights advocacy and global citizenship, while connecting them with qualified
educators, women leaders, professionals, diplomats, institutions and mentors who can guide their
journey from adolescence into responsible adulthood and leadership.

“PASSING THE BATON”
The leadership journey operates like a relay race:
Girl → Young Leader → Woman Leader → Mentor → Institution Builder → Next Generation
AWE participants eventually become:
* AGE mentors
* tutors
* coaches
* regional coordinators
* safeguarding advocates
* programme advisers
* career mentors
* community leaders
AGE does not simply graduate girls.
AGE creates future mentors for the next generation.
AGE 360° Girl is developed in multiple dimensions:
Mind — education and intellectual development
Character — integrity and values
Voice — communication and advocacy
Health — physical and emotional well-being
Economy — financial and entrepreneurial literacy
Technology — digital competence
Leadership — decision-making and responsibility
Community — service and social responsibility
Global Citizenship — understanding Africa and the world
Faith/Values — moral and spiritual grounding
AGE objective is therefore:
Not merely a highly educated girl, but a well-rounded girl capable of becoming a responsible woman
leader.
PHASE 1 — FOUNDATION
Establish:
AGE governance structure:
* Programme handbook
* Child safeguarding policy
* Code of conduct
* Curriculum
* Mentor framework
* Tutor framework
* Selection criteria
* Monitoring and evaluation system

AGE Continental Network

African Girls 360° Leadership Network.
The network becomes a platform for girls from different African countries to learn, collaborate and
develop solutions to shared challenges.
AGE graduates will receive structured exposure to:
* United Nations-related educational opportunities
* international conferences
* development organizations
* universities
* diplomatic institutions
* humanitarian organizations
* professional associations
* global mentorship networks
GAGF’s UN consultative status provide an institutional context for appropriate engagement with UN processes, subject to the applicable UN rules and accreditation requirements.
A flagship programme establishment:
AGE 360° LEADERSHIP LAB
Girls receive practical assignments rather than classroom theory alone.
For example:
“Solve One Problem.”
Each AGE cohort identifies a real problem in its community.
Examples:
* Waste management
* Girls’ education
* digital literacy
* environmental protection
* access to information
* community health awareness
* child protection
* entrepreneurship
The girls research the problem, develop a solution, present it and implement a small-scale project.
This transforms:
Education → Knowledge → Practice → Leadership → Impact
mentorship ecosystem:
“AGE Global Mentor Circle”
Potential mentors (AWE Executives)
Academics
Scientists
Doctors
Entrepreneurs
Lawyers
Humanitarian professionals
Civil servants
Diplomacy/international-affairs professionals
Artists
Technology professionals
Because AGE serves minors, all mentoring operate under strong child-safeguarding rules, including appropriate supervision, consent procedures and communication protocols.
Every advanced AGE participant should eventually complete a leadership-impact project.
The principle:
Every girl should leave AGE having created something that helped someone else.**
This produces an evidence-based portfolio rather than simply a certificate.
A graduate should say:
“I identified a problem, developed a solution, mobilized people and created measurable community impact.”
That is genuine leadership development.
African Girls 360° Leadership Graduation & Recognition Ceremony
Recognize:
* Emerging Leader of the Year
* STEM Leadership Award
* Community Impact Award
* Young Entrepreneur Award
* Advocacy Award
* Creative Leadership Award
* Environmental Leadership Award
* Character & Service Award
“The Baton Award”
Given to a girl who demonstrates exceptional commitment to developing other girls.
Knowledge creates capacity.
Character determines how capacity is used.
A girl must be able to articulate her ideas and defend the dignity of others.
Talent requires access, mentorship and exposure.
Leadership reaches its highest expression when one leader develops another.
Primary Motto:
“Educate Her. Empower Her. Equip Her. Let Her Lead.”
“From African Girls to Global Leaders.”
And the intergenerational motto:
“She Leads Today. She Raises Leaders Tomorrow.”
Model:
EDUCATION
CHARACTER
SKILLSMENTORSHIP
OPPORTUNITY
SERVICE = RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP
And the long-term GAGF lifecycle becomes:
AGE
Girls in 360° Leadership
AWE
Women in 360° Leadership
GAGF
Humanitarian Action • Sustainable Development • Leadership • Diplomacy • Global Engagement
NEXT GENERATION
Girls who become women who develop girls.
The ultimate objective
Is to establish an African intergenerational leadership institution capable of continuously developing women leaders.
AGE & AWE long-term vision is:
“To establish a sustainable African leadership ecosystem in which every generation of empowered girls becomes a generation of educated, ethical and influential women capable of transforming communities, strengthening institutions and developing the next generation of African leaders.”
“How many girls became capable women leaders—and how many future leaders did those women develop?”
This is the essence of AGE → AWE → GAGF intergenerational leadership model.
