AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION (AGE): GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP

14th of December, 2024

On the 14th of December, 2024 the AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION (AGE): GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP gathered together to hold their last intellectual colloquium and symposium for the year 2024 before their exodus to enjoying their December vacation break.
 
This day, it was a rigorous teaching which accelerated their learning processes in advancing the AGE intellectual firepower; the topic for discussion and exposition was on:
 
THE POWER TO RESHAPE THE FUTURE 
 
It was detailed with pictorial explanation that the future of every living thing is trapped in their inside just as the future of a tree is inside the seed. However the seed will not thrive to emerge as the tree without proper positioning inside the good soil, well nourished with exposition to the principles of photosynthesis.
 
The advancement of a good seed becoming a good fruitful tree must observe the due process of metamorphosis whereby gradual change is critically required, this is directly proportional to an ambition fully accomplished; dream becoming reality; vision becoming fulfilled.
 
The good soil represents good relationship and association which replicate the incubation or womb where the dream, and vision is to be developed; access to quality education will further the advancement of empowerment furtherance to acquiring knowledge after well applied there is ability to generate power in order to:
 
Be fruitful: more seed
Multiply: reproduce 
Replenish: refilling 
Subdue: overcoming 
Dominion: being in-charge 
 
According to the principles established in Genesis 1:28
 
It was a very emotional moment as many of the AGE already traveled and some are also planning to travel for their Christmas and New Year vacation.
 
The AGE are ready to embrace international opportunities to articulate their voices of change and transformation!

7th of December, 2024

The AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION (AGE): GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP assembled to make critical analysis, assessment and evaluation on a Nigeria Movie titled: THE LITTLE CHAMPIONS OF OUR TIME
 
The movie is beyond emotional intelligence, beyond intellectual discoveries, beyond social participation; 
 
AGE were able to see and rediscover on the need to:
 
1. Advocate for the right of physically challenged people
2. Advocate for the less privileged 
3. Celebrating others when they win and celebrating yourself even when you lose
4. Building quality relationship and friendship with like minds
5. Becoming a volunteer for positive change 
6. Embracing growth through international student exchange on the ground of conferences, seminars, competitions, researches, and more
7. Building an intimacy with GOD who is the Creator of all and maintaining consistent prayer life
8. Being supportive to parents 
9. Having the courage to stand for what is good, right, and just always 
10. Having a good and God-fearing mentor and some few more!
 
The AGE couldn’t resist their tears of joy watching the movie and this successfully ignites the curiosity of some of them to writings and compiling transformational ideas in changing lives for the best.

30th of November, 2024

On the 30th of November the AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION (AGE): GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP converged again, right now the GIRLS are on the fast lane to step out beyond the four (4) walls of their training center; they are more conscious of their configuration and re-engineering of what the African Girl Child this truly mean not just a Girl Child in redeeming the hope of the Nations!
 
Their area of rigorous intellectual exposition and research area was on:
 
1. The Power of Mind (Thought)
2. The Power of Words/Communication (Positive & Negative)
3. The Power to Act Right
 
The AGE were able to make some practicals research and administering questionnaire to predict on how some of them sees their imaginations become real (power of thought), so many questions and answers were raised as why their thoughts must be guided and guarded with positive thinking and discarding any negative flows.
 
The power and influence of their Words which are now seen as the expression of their minds/thoughts; the power and influence of their Actions which are also seen as the performance of their minds/thoughts truly help the AGE to get ready in making positive contributions within their communities and beyond.
 
They are getting set to mount on the pedestal of the UNITED NATIONS in support of the Rights of the Girl Child and Women beyond Africa as well as other continents. 
 
The AGE are proud to invite some of their parents to witnessing their training sessions and the parents were too elated and gratified seeing their Girls being part of this great commission as allegiance of prayer was registered by parents.
 

23rd of November, 2024

On the 23rd of November, 2024 our AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION (AGE): GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP assembled together, furtherance to their continued training. The topic for their discussion was an excerpt exposition on an inaugural lecture delivered by Prof. Clement Daramola a Professor of Counselling Psychology titled CROSSING THE CROSSROADS OF LIFE.
 
The AGE: GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP were able to identified the need for advance spiritual intelligence and sharp mental comprehensive learning process in choosing to make the best decision when crossing the crossroads of life; this crossroads of life is always at various stages of life according to the lecture delivered by Prof. Clement Daramola as GOD’S ARM GLOBAL FOUNDATION was duly represented with two of her members, Prof. Ileoye Aina and Hon. Boluwatife Oladele representing the Nigerian students and the founder Amb. Dr. Adetunji Temitope CrownReawake who were privileged to be seated among the Senate members of the University during the Inaugural lecture.
 
The AGE were able to attained the realization that the need for God through the leadership of His Holy Spirit is never an option or factor to negotiate with in making the best choice at every crossroads with proper mentorship via godly characters. The AGE were able to brainstorm and brainwrite on so many ways to making their choices intentional and purposeful in fulfilling their divine assignments and making humanity more conducive, taking dominion and advancing the Kingdom of God here on earth.
 

9th of November, 2024

Our progress remain unhindered as the AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION (AGE): GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP gathered together on the 9th of November, 2024.
The AGE were able to maintain their agility as well as unlocking the power of unity in diversity for equitable growth, improvement, development and continued productivity.
 
Core areas of discussion:
 
1. Strategic relationship for transformational leadership 
 
2. Power of thought vis-a-vis positive mindset (brain and mind re-engineering)
 
The AGE were able to have quality interactive sessions on RELATIONSHIP by DOT CONNECTION!
 
Ambassador AboOluwa, a Girl of 11years was able to explain and interpret the power of thought:
 
Sow a thought reap an act;
Sow an act reap a habit;
Sow a habit reap a character;
Sow a character reap a destiny;
Sow a destiny reap a fulfillment!!!
 
One of the AGE ambassador was able to compose an anthem; this will be uploaded on our Foundation YouTube TV Channel very soon.
 

On the 16th of November, the AGE were not able to assemble together due to the Ondo State Gubernatorial Election as AGE observed a break whereby some  were active in civic responsibility by exercising their franchise.

 

2nd of November, 2024

On the 2nd of November, 2024 the AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION: GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP converged as the AGE participants were too resolute and firm in their ongoing training. After the AGE were able to group themselves into five (5) department, they were able to have some intellectual presentations, a certain group was able to present a very intellectual stage drama (Title: The Deformed Life) which fan the flame for their zeal in choosing to live a transformed life.

The other team was able to develop forward-thinking strategies on how a Girl Child can defeat and tame the monsters ravaging after them.

Miss Christianah Agunloye one of the AGE committed coordinators was able to engage them by exposing their minds on:

“Etiquette and Effective Communication to Enhance Quality Relationships.”

The AGE were able to chant their allegiance mantra which was composed by the founder of GOD’S ARM GLOBAL FOUNDATION in person of Amb. Dr. Adetunji Temitope-Felix CrownReawake CHRC:

26th of October, 2024 

On the 26th of October, 2024 we continued our AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION (AGE): GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP International Training with our Girls; having our international guest Speaker from Romania by name Ms. Cristina Anculete who was able to helped the Girls have a group setting formation. This time, we formed five (5) different groups amongst the Girls as follows:

Group 1: POLITICS AND GOVERNANCE 

Group 2: EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY 

Group 3: MEDIA, ART AND ENTERTAINMENT 

Group 4: MEDICAL AND HEALTH

Group 5: FINANCE, ECONOMY AND AGRIBUSINESS 

The AGE will be able to take up leadership trainings and mantles in the various groups, they have group leaders and will always work on projecting programs and projects, researches and innovations, presentations and debates in their various groups. 

So many concepts and forward thinking ideas were bounced together among the AGE towards their growth, development and productivity as some of them suggested the following:

1. Community demonstration and orientation 

2. More awareness in various social institutions 

3. Power of media to project their activities 

Et cetera.

We were able to create agile space leadership for the AGE to identify and ameliorate challenges.

We appeal to all authorities to acknowledge this transformation and give quality support as when called; this program is monitored and endorsed for report by the UNITED NATIONS.

19th of October, 2024 

We successfully launched the first episode of our international training AFRICAN GIRLS EDUCATION (AGE): GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP on 19th of October, 2024 having Amb. Dr. Anita Davis Defoe (a UN Global Ambassador & Dr. John C. Maxwell Leadership Executive Director) as the first speaker from Florida, USA as well as Cristina Anculete from Romania who joined in the teachings.

Bishop Dr. Corletta J. Vaughn will be joining from Michigan as well as Prof. Tunde Akinmoladun from Columbus University.

We will keep you posted before the AGE: GIRLS IN 360° LEADERSHIP induction comes up in December after their induction ceremony they are good to go in representing GOD’S ARM GLOBAL FOUNDATION at the UNITED NATIONS and on other international platforms in birthing transformation!
